Process

How it works, in 5 steps

From sign-up to the first Pix received. No mandatory meeting, no lock-in, no fine print.

  1. Sign up

    Fill out the form. We reply within 48h.

    The form takes under 3 minutes. We ask for an active CNPJ, a direct contact, and your estimated volume to calibrate the conversation. There is no quota and no lock-in.

  2. CNPJ verification

    We confirm an active CNPJ and a compatible CNAE. All digital.

    We validate your CNPJ directly with the Receita Federal and check whether the CNAE allows service intermediation. No paperwork, no mandatory meeting at this stage.

  3. You get your kit

    A trackable affiliate link plus material to send to students.

    The kit includes: a trackable affiliate link, a PDF deck to send students on WhatsApp, and ready-made copy per channel (Instagram, WhatsApp, email).

  4. The student buys directly on Movisim

    You never touch payment, provisioning, or support.

    The student goes to movisim.com through your link, pays with Pix or card, receives a Brazilian NF in their name and the eSIM on WhatsApp. Your agency only appears in the sale attribution.

  5. Get paid by Pix every month

    We pay by the 10th. Minimum R$200 (rolls over if not reached).

    We close the month at the turnover and, with your agency's NF issued to Movisim for the commission amount, we pay via Pix by the 10th of the following month. If the balance stays below R$200, it rolls over to the next month.

Frequently asked questions

  • We pay via Pix by the 10th of each month, minimum R$200 (it rolls over if you do not reach it). Your agency issues an NF to Movisim for the commission amount.

  • The moment the student's payment is confirmed. If there is a refund within 30 days, the commission is reversed (clawback).

  • No. You can work with other providers. But pilot-program agencies get 25% locked on the first 100 sales, an incentive to join early.

  • Not in the MVP. White-label is on the roadmap and coming soon. For now, the student buys on movisim.com through your link.

  • You get a trackable affiliate link. Soon we will open a read-only dashboard with sales, commissions, and payment status.

  • Support in Portuguese via WhatsApp and email, Brazilian business hours (9h–22h BRT, 7 days). Plus an extensive per-device installation FAQ.

  • We recommend installing before departure: Movisim only activates the plan when the student presses the button. For an after-hours emergency, they land in the WhatsApp queue and we reply within 4h during business hours.

  • In the MVP, we attribute sales through your affiliate link, without CRM integration. CRM integrations are on the roadmap and coming soon.

  • No. The student pays Movisim directly (Pix or card), receives a Brazilian NF, and your agency earns the commission. It is cleaner for both sides: you handle no third-party cash flow and no tax liability on the eSIM sale.

  • Launch planned for June 20, 2026. We are in pre-launch and selecting pilot agencies now. Whoever joins now locks 25% on the first 100 sales.
