Last updated: 2026-06-09 · Preliminary version under legal review.
The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, LGPD) guarantees you, the data subject, a set of rights over the personal data we process. This page summarizes those rights and explains how to exercise them. For details on what we collect and why, see the Privacy Policy.
Your rights
- Confirmation and access: to know whether we process your data and to obtain a copy.
- Correction: to update incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
- Anonymization, blocking, or deletion: of data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed in violation of the law.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured format for another provider.
- Deletion: of data processed on the basis of your consent, except in cases where retention is required by law.
- Information about sharing: to know which public and private entities we share your data with.
- Information about consent: to be informed about the option not to consent and the consequences.
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time, for processing based on consent.
How to exercise them
Send your request to our data protection officer (DPO):
For your security, we may request information to confirm your identity before fulfilling the request. We respond as promptly as possible, within the legal deadlines.
Mandatory retention
Some data (in particular transaction records and tax invoices) must be kept for a legal period (5 years), even after a deletion request. In those cases, we restrict use to what is strictly required by law.
