Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This page explains which cookies Movisim uses and how you control your consent. For the processing of personal data in general, see the Privacy Policy.
How consent works
When you first visit the site, we show a cookie notice (consent banner). We divide cookies into two categories:
- Necessary (always active)
- Analytics / performance (optional, only with your consent)
Analytics cookies are only loaded if you click "Accept". If you click "Reject", they are not loaded. By default, before any choice is made, they remain disabled (opt-out by default).
Necessary cookies
These are essential for the site to function and cannot be disabled. They do not depend on prior consent.

Analytics and performance cookies
These are optional and only work with your consent. We use PostHog to understand how the platform is used and to improve it (which pages you visit, where you run into difficulty in the purchase flow).
PostHog is configured to respect your choice:
- It stays disabled by default and only starts collecting data after you click "Accept".
- It respects your browser's "Do Not Track" signal.
- When active, session recording masks input fields (such as what you type into forms) so that sensitive content is not captured.
If you click "Reject", none of this is loaded.
How to review or change your choice
For now, we do not yet have a button to reopen cookie preferences within the site. To review your choice, clear the site's cookies and storage in your browser: the cookie notice will appear again and you can decide once more.
Most browsers let you manage cookies under Settings → Privacy. Check your browser's help (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) for the specific steps. Note that disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working, such as login and checkout.
