Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between you and Movisim, registered under CNPJ 41.004.794/0001-49, with its address at Palmas - TO ("Movisim", "we"), regarding your use of the site and the services offered. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Movisim resells, in Brazil, international mobile data plans (eSIM) provided by a global connectivity partner. We act as a digital intermediary between you and the partner's network.

• The service is data only: it does not include voice or SMS.
• Coverage is available in more than 200 destinations, subject to the partner networks in each country.
• Prices in Brazilian reais (BRL), payment via Pix or card, with a nota fiscal (Brazilian tax invoice) issued.
• The eSIM is a digital chip: nothing is shipped physically.

2. Device compatibility

The eSIM only works on compatible, carrier-unlocked devices. Before completing your purchase, you must confirm your device's compatibility in the mandatory checkout check.

You are responsible for verifying compatibility. If the device is incompatible or locked, you are still protected by the right of withdrawal (Section 5) as long as the eSIM has not been installed/activated.

3. Prices, payment, and tax invoice

• The prices shown at checkout are in reais and include applicable taxes (ISS).
• We accept Pix and credit card. We do not store your card details. Processing is handled by a payment provider.
• The service tax invoice (nota fiscal) is issued and made available after payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery and activation

• After payment is confirmed, we send the installation QR Code by WhatsApp and email.
• Installation can be done before your trip; activation is controlled by you, at the moment you decide to start using the data.
• We provide installation guides in Portuguese for the main devices.

5. Right of withdrawal and refund

Under Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Brazilian consumer law), you may cancel your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of contracting, with a full refund, provided that the eSIM has not yet been installed/activated.

• For eSIMs that have not been activated, we offer an automatic self-service refund within 48 hours of purchase, as the fastest path within this right.
• After activation/installation, the eSIM becomes a digital service that has effectively been provided and consumed, so a refund for withdrawal no longer applies from that point on, except in the case of proven service failures.
• In the event of a service failure attributable to us or to the partner, please assess a refund or re-performance of the service by contacting support.

6. Subscriptions with automatic renewal

Some plans are offered as a subscription with automatic renewal (90 or 180-day cycles):

• The recurrence, amount, and frequency are clearly stated at checkout before contracting.
• In the event of a failed charge, we make up to 3 attempts over 7 days; if the failure persists, the subscription is paused for 30 days and then canceled.
• You can cancel at any time from the dashboard (self-service), with no penalty. Cancellation ends future renewals; the cycle already paid for runs until it ends.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute the service without authorization; use the service for unlawful purposes; commit fraud with payments or agency codes; or violate the terms of the partner networks.

8. Limitation of liability

The availability and quality of the connection depend on the partner mobile networks in each location and are outside our direct control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage in all locations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and except for consumer rights provided by law, our liability for any damages is limited to the amount actually paid for the eSIM in question.

9. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and on the page about your rights under the LGPD.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the version in effect. Material changes will be communicated through your registered channels.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. To settle disputes, the venue of the consumer's domicile is elected, in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
